Solving employee commute problems with new mobility options: Private shuttles, micromobility, and more

Matt Caywood

Session Description

A recent study showed 23 percent of employees have left a job because of a bad commute. Employers everywhere are trying to solve this recruiting and retention nightmare, doing everything from paying for private shuttles to and from train stations, partnering with Lyft or Uber to offer free or discounted rides, and experimenting with new commuter benefit solutions. TransitScreen offers a way to bring all these efforts together, enhancing the employee experience and cutting through the commute chaos.
